via third party providers.
2.3 Customer Data. Voice recordings, transcripts, chat logs, and CRM records submitted by
Customer.
2.4 Technical and Usage Data. IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed,
time stamps, crash logs, and telemetry.
2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies. Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and local storage used for
authentication, analytics, and advertising.
3.1 Provide and operate the Services including voice AI, chat AI, reviews, CRM, and
automations.
3.2 Process payments and manage subscriptions.
3.3 Secure the platform, prevent fraud, and monitor performance.
3.4 Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.
3.5 Research and improvement, including training models on de identified Aggregated Data.
3.6 Marketing communications subject to your choices, including email and SMS where

know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing.

10.1 The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under
eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
